For the woman who is feeling burnt out on their health and confused what direction to take next. This program is for those ready to take a deeper dive inward in order to get to the root of any disconnection and dis-ease.

The program spans over 12 weeks, and includes (6) 60 minute virtual 1:1 sessions. We will focus on a new module every two weeks, with space for implementation and integration before moving onto the next topic.

$888 is the cost of the program. This includes (6) 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Mary, ongoing email support during the program and 30 days post completion, and invaluable tools and resources.
This program is an energy exchange. It is for those ready to devote to sustainable change and deep healing.

Initial intake, 6 1:1 coaching sessions, personalized protocol, holistic nutrition guidance, somatic practices, lifestyle recommendations, my heart, soul and support, and any additional tools or resources.

Sessions are virtual, held over Zoom or phone (client preference) It is possible to have in-person if you are in my area.
